Just got this from facilities at an office Im in: Hi I have had a couple of people say that some of the milk we have received has been either off or about to go off ie curdling. To raise a complaint I need the date it was delivered and which type of milk. So if you get any more let me know and I will call them back. I realise that won’t help with what has already been delivered but moving forward we can document it. FYI every time I have called them I have had an American speaking customer service agent so I asked where she was based and the customer service team are based in Manilla the Phillipines!
