Just gotta point out a few citizens here: our new admin Josh Carley (top photo by Bob Wilmes) and Tom Chambers (below) from MIN&V visiting with an obscure fudgie. The two guys who truly keep it together Mackinac style natural here. Also gotta thank give props to Scott Kennedy who founded this group along with Dave McVeigh, and Jill Sawatzki from the Island Bookstore for always posting the coolest photos ever. And of course, the porters from my era: Rick, Terry, Bill, and Dan who never seem to lack for commentary; along with Greg, Jeff, Robert, Sean, Jason and other historians who keep it honest here; and naturally the true legends of modern dockportering: Woulfe, Mark, Finkel, Brad, Lev, Hot Carl, Hegs, the Mustang, Archie, Ada and a cast of hundreds more.
