Just great. My nephew Richard and cousin Darren are concreting the floor of my loose barn, the 60 yr old chalk floor having given up. They couldnt do it earlier as have been building the log cabin for our carers. Sods law that the horses are now all in and after months of glorious dry weather, its now been peeing non stop for 15 hrs and showing no signs of abating. Weve had to put protesting Iberian horses out in the rain, as there will be a lot of noise. Worse, Kay is away now for a week so Tallulah and I on yard duty and now we are having to muck out taking the barrow out of the yard, along the lane to the nrxt gate and thence to the muckspreader instead of in the dry through said barn. Aaaarrrrgghhhh!!!
