Just had Fresno PD at my door, asking whether we noticed any suspicious activity over the last week at a For Sale house a few doors down from us on Lucerne Lane. The officer said some burglars had taken up residence at the house, which had been under a fumigation tent earlier in the week. PD is also recovering a stolen Hyundai SUV that was parked in front of the house. Police have apprehended the burglars, but would like to hear from anyone on Lucerne who saw anything suspicious there over the last few days.
