Just had a confrontation with Paul (Anthony Darnel Boyd- i.e., the property manager here for Jay Noh the owner). Paul was staring up at me and Dani in a clear attempt to intimidate us, I reminded him that he was in violation of his bond agreement, at which point he in his arrogance said that his bondsman was his best friend and wouldnt violate him for it, then went off claiming that he had 6 witnesses that could not have been present. That those wittiness watched me open the door, (fine that backs up our statement), that they watched Dani shove the door in his face, now while she did shut the door in his face with my help after the knife was pulled on her, it would have been a physical impossibility for anyone outside of the kitchen to have seen this as she was on the inside of the door closest to the wall, thus out of view. During the course of this he saidI got this shit arranged, I aint going to jail for this shit, Im not sure if that was a threat or in reference to the wittiness hes going to pay to come to court. He claims weve changed our story a bold faced lie, we have been consistent and extremely precise in our account across the board, he claims the police played us, the night of his arrest. During the interaction he made several physical gestures suggesting that I would be shot or harmed in some other fashion, also asserting indirectly that he could have me or Dani hurt, orally. Claimed that we were harassing him and that were out of here as soon as our lease is up if not before. At the end of the confrontation he looked across the street at someone out of view and gave them the thumbs up sign, not sure if that was a sign that everything as ok, to hit us, or that he was going out to work (pimping).
