Just had a conversation with...lets call her Lydia who is heartbroken and wanted to know how she got caught up. Conversation with a male friend about the same a few days ago. Then I see all the foolishness on social media. Then there are my personal experiences... I say we ALWAYS know, but make excuses or just HAVE to SEE for ourselves. Weve become so caught up in fulfilling our senses of sight, feel, taste, touch and smell that we completely ignore what is given to PROTECT us....DISCERNMENT and INTUITION. Spirit first, then natural... In THAT order. This was my message to them, given to me by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Theres also 2 Timothy you can use for biblical reference... Many others but thats a good start. Listen...there are many predators out there. People dress up and consciously decide they are going to look for someone to scam, deceive, and manipulate for the purpose of fulfilling THEIR need or selfish desires. Dont fall for the sweet talk, good looks or even seemingly kind nature. Yes, some even have the audacity to post scripture, listen to pastors, attend church and be some of the most encouraging people. I say get to know their fruit. Not the dinners, lunch, clothes, charm, etc. Do you know where they live? Can you drop by? If they have children, where are they? If previously married or in a long-term relationship, what happened? Before you get caught up in their web of deception, before you are whisked away by that sweet-smelling person, before you allow access to your heart, mind and emotions (soul), ask yourself this: Do I have equal access? How much of THEMSELVES are they willing to share and not deflecting on other issues? Lastly, trust your intuition, your gut, use DISCERNMENT! Dont wait til you get caught up, on the other side, then ask why? Listen more than you speak... youll find out everything you need to know.
