Just had a friend of mine from out west call me... He runs a training facility like Hostyle in Calgary He was upset. He has been training a group of people for a running event like spartan Two of those people that train with him 3-4 times a week have decided to represent another team at that upcoming run He asked me what I thought he should do.. I told him this If you know u run a great place with great training and great results ..dont focus on those 2 ... focus on the rest of your clients who love u and know they are where they are because of the awesomeness u provide Its always tough to take the high ground But your people are worth it! I think he felt better after the talk. Makes me realize just how blessed I am with my Hostyle family Thx kids !
