Just had a very in depth discussion with someone questioning why their life is in such turmoil and after listening intently it was clear they were in the middle of a full blown self pity party. The following is my personal opinion: God gave us freewill of how we live in the flesh. He gave his only Son to give us a chance not given in the old covenant in the Old Testament, and our poor choices or lack of focus on our relationship with him or the Son or the Holy Spirit will only result in us screwing up our fleshly lives. Most Pastors will dance around this through a whole sermon or lesson plan to tell you. Sorry folks. Not me! We really do reap what we sow and we often forget our poor choices when we are in the midst of our fleshly self pity parties. In the flesh there are consequences and ripple affects. That is the time to focus and regroup. Just ranting opinions as usual. God Bless.
