Just had an inquiry about steps to promote recovery from cancer, - TopicsExpress

Just had an inquiry about steps to promote recovery from cancer, figure the info is useful beyond that particular inquiry, so here it is: These dont usually taste too good in smoothies, but turmeric (not irradiated - duh!) and rosemary are excellent natural anti-inflammatories. The people I know who have successfully beaten cancer have saturated their systems with (magnesium -- to bowel tolerance), vitamin C complex. Iodine is also important for reproductive system (and gut) health -- probably best to test for iodine levels and absorption (Direct Laboratory Services, or other independent labs can do that). Skin brushing -- a form of lymphatic drainage, followed by keeping the gut clean (colonic irrigation or coffee enemas, plus probiotics), ketogenic diet and balancing your fatty acids also help. Ketogenic diet -- see Ellen Davis work, online, including a book she wrote. I havent read the book, but her website has lots of good info. Ignore any permissions to eat synthetic sweeteners etc if theyre there -- synthetics dont support natural health anyway you reckon it. The key thing about the ketogenic diet is that its low low sugars, and cancers thrive on sugar. Fatty acid balance -- Glen Aukerman MD has a book on foods to support proper w6 to w3 fatty acid balance, which helps restore mitochondrial function. Cancer cells shift to glycolysis even under aerobic conditions; the idea is to get cells functioning on the citric acid cycle again. Heres a place to start.
