Just had an interesting discussion with guys from UIXP in Uganda, anyone wanting to play COD4, Left4Dead 2, Quake 3, Counter strike, Doom, Team speak 3 etc. Latency is 8 seconds and its the only gaming server in the subsaharan part of Africa after South Africa. Got a game you want to host drop them a message on their facebook and they will give you a Virtual Machine to host the game and plus they have the benefit of having the most game players.
