Just had discussions with members of the Kenya Law Reforms Commission who paid a courtesy call on my office earlier today. The team led by Chairman Mbage Nganga are in the County to familiarize themselves with our legislative agenda. We shall partner with the commission and engage on ways to fast track the legislative process in the county. The Commission is working closely with County Governments to enhance devolution. We have already identified a site for the construction of a County Court to handle miscellaneous cases, and this will help ease congestion in our prisons.
