Just had my second phone scam of the season. This time from ATT #: 469.286.9841 with the male foreign voice whOm I could barely understand and I kept asking to slow down to which he would always start the whole spiel over. He talked about a a survey done for the Federal Reserve selecting random citizens to receive once in lifetime $9000 grant which was to be wired to my bank account or my credit card. It had to be used for good reasons like paying bills or home improvement and not for gambling or other stuff which I cannot remember. When I asked for a number to call a manager. He got irate and asked why. I told him because my government doesnt do things over the phone, it does things on paper. He then told me if you dont believe me then you are welcome! in an angry voice. I said goodbye and hung up, then called the Defiance PD. They said there are many of those going around right now.
