Just had new tires from the sears automotive center on independence road in Virginia beach , Virginia. Worst experience EVER. The "technicians" were willing to let us leave with only one quart of oil in the car. I did not realize how bad the consequences could be until I saw them push the car out of the shop. I tried to buy some more oil to put in myself, they SAID they had none. In addition they said to put more oil in the car for us would be against the law. I WANT TO SEE THIS LAW. Not until I came unglued did the happen to "find" some oil in the back. One technician, ONE, offered to help and put the oil in for us but the manager, Dante, told him no! What kind of service is this? What kind of business are you running? I feel like I was being coerced into getting the oil leak fixed there. I am not done with this SEARS. There will be more.
