Just had the bad news that Erics dad now has to have his leg amputated just below the knee. He has no circulation and the gangrene that caused his toe to be removed has spread to the next toe. The way his state of health has deteriorated rapidly during the last month whilst in hospital is very sad, hes not the man he was. Poor mother in law backwards and forwards to hospital and just wants him home where she can look after him, Eric Nicholls has been brilliant with him when he visits him, trying to make him comfy and so on, it cant be pleasant watching his dad suffer like this, I just pray Raymond can withstand the surgery xx
