Just had the doorbell ring. I didnt answer because I shivering in bed and just threw up (puzzled... Was it Mitch McConnell?) Anyway it was the group that puts flags up in the neighborhood. This is something that creeps me out. It reminds me of Nazi Germany. The guy wanted to know if it was our flag or theirs. He didnt want to take it if it was ours. Theyd been asked not to but they are perfectly happy to put one up if we wanted. He was told that I still preferred not. Im sure he and probably others think that I dont love my country. Well, wrong. I do and I also do not. I think we are in a very dangerous place. And I am not nationalistic. I think nationalism is a built in system of us and them. I think that dynamic causes more problems than people realize. Anyway, now i am feeling like the neighborhood weirdo. I guess I am the neighborhood weirdo.
