Just had to share this!!! I involve my kids in my workouts all the time. We eat healthy foods as a family. We talk openly about our fitness goals and the amazing things that healthy foods do for our bodies. My kids know the difference between sources of protein versus carbs versus fats, and they know which things should be eaten in moderation. They are (almost) 5 and 7.... And its NOT HARD!!!!! Takes some effort, but its a lot harder to teach your kids to un-like junk than it is to help them learn to love good foods in the first place. Teach them those healthy habits young!!! The momma in this video has the right idea, and Chalene gives some incredible stats OOO help illustrate why its so important to instill healthy habits at a young age.
