Just have to rant....tired of those who want to share their negative opinions on my decision NOT to have an epidural! Its a choice that will only affect me and my baby and nobody else, and yet everyone feels the need to interject their wisdom about how painful it is and how impossible it is to have a baby without pain meds! Women had babies for centuries before the epidural was invented. If the pain were truly unbearable, none of us would be here - the human race would have long been extinct. Women are just so far removed from how their bodies work naturally. Well, regardless of what anybody says, I have faith in my bodys ability to get through this without medication! My advice to those of you who have done anything but encourage me, is to truly educate yourself on what your bodies and minds are capable of achieving. SO excited for my natural childbirth!!!!!
