Just having a chance to internalize and crystallize what I have learned last week when I was with my MIM Community during the MIM 28 Team Building Exercise, I always have learned new things from this exercise even I have been a part of this since 14 years ago :) Every year you will learn something from your new members and also your long time friends from different batches. The key takeaways from this time to me are 1) you wont know what you will see in the end, but you must put your efforts to go an extra mile. It might be a pot of gold or failure but you wont regret in the end. 2) being a good leader it doesnt mean you always need to have clear direction before taking charge but you are the one who initiates direction to lead your team. Dont let the fear of failure to stop your leadership and 3) feedback is a gift ... you had better know it today and fix it now instead of growing with that bad personality or behavior forever. Keep in mind its now or never. Thanks all agents and MIM Thammasat University for a great start of the year. Welcome all M28 :)
