Just having a wee think about the vote. Does everyone voting no think that if we are independent we will no longer be allies with England, Wales and Northern Ireland ? I would like to think that we would stand shoulder to shoulder with them ( or a wee bit further ahead like every other war over the past 300 years) in any future conflict just like Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, India and countless others have in the past. Also if were better together what about the decimation of Ravenscraig, Clyde shipbuilding and virtually every other skilled heavy industry in Scotland. As for oil it may run out in the future but we are at the forefront of renewable energy at the moment. Currency doesnt matter to me because Im doubtful if Ill ever be rich whether its Pounds, Euros, Dollars, Yen, Roubles or whatever I dont get paid enough in. As for border controls, there are basically no borders in Europe any more and that includes the international border between the Republic of Ireland and the UK, its not like USA trying to keep Mexicans out !!! Just a few wee thoughts, hope theyre helpful #yes
