Just heard Ram Guha on CNN-IBN say, In every democracy it is the responsibility of the majority to reach out to the minority. Aah! Please tell me my good sire when Buddhists/Hindus/Atheists/Muslims & non-Christians in general, in secular countries(as per their constitution) such as the US/Australia etc. were provided financial aid or separate laws or pilgrimage subsidies or an equivalent of an article 30 in our constitution, among many other things by their respective governments as a matter of policy, solely or largely based on their position on religion and god, being in a minority? What about Sweden where religious people are in a minority? Meanwhile, I have my whip out. Whack. Im male. Whack. Im in a supposed majority. Aah, that felt so much better.
