Just heard a debate that til this very moment has pissed me off. If you work for Minimum Wage, you may take offense to this; If so please comment i would like the entertainment. and with that said... Mccy Ds Burger Kings, Wendys or w/e company fast/slow food or no food at all - The debate on minimum wage is simple for me. Raise it Only for those who are WORTH it! What do I mean? Youre complaining while holding signs on I-DRIVE that Mccy Ds doesnt pay you enough. . . But you fail to take orders right, You fail to keep your establishment clean, you fail at customer service... So currently ARE YOU WORTH A RAISE? i think not! I think the minimum wage should work for those who dont properly work. $7.93 is enough for you to get the picture and work harder to get paid $9 or $10 vs. 7 cents shy of 8. And the same girl on TV talking about I worked for McDonalds for 2 years and i think it should go up IF YOU DONT FEEL AS IF YOURE A VALUED TEAM MEMBER - MAYBE YOURE NOT... MAYBE YOUR STORE NEEDS TO EVALUATE THE BETTER STAFF, AND MAKE THERE MINIMUM $10 AND YOU, WELL YOU HAVE 45 DAYS TO IMPROVE OR YOULL GET DISMISSED. #HypeThoughts #AgreeOrDisagree #OpenForum #TalkToMe
