Just helped my mom sign into Skype. But what an ordeal beforehand. First she had to look up and find her apple ID and password, which she had written down in her other book, and then we had to insert her credit card info, and she was immediately suspicious. Why? she asked. And I explained that while Skype was free, to access the apple app store she needed to put it in. And then she was all like, well then forget it. I dont want Skype. But eventually she gave in after I explained that shed never get to install any apps at all if she didnt. And then after that got done, she had to create a new Skype name (and the one she wanted was taken) and password that she had to write down. And then finally I was able to talk to her from the other room on my laptop, and now she is happy as hell to soon be able to talk to her relatives in Indonesia face to face. The modern world is amazing.
