Thanks :-) Please refer to the details below for the job descriptions: 1, Customer Advocacy Executive Job Description · Gain in-depth knowledge about the companys products and services and keep up-to-date with changes · Develop procedures, policies and standards for the Customer Advocacy Department covering Customer Service, Collection Management and Customer Fulfillment/Documentations Processing · Manage the respective operation unit in achieving target productivity and consistency in quality of outputs, maintaining cooperation and interaction · Improve customer service quality by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results and implementing appropriate changes · Identify and recommend appropriate resolution for process and procedural flaws or weaknesses in the collection system that contributes to inefficiency and technical difficulties · Supervise and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through delivery and fulfilment of service in the areas of house turn-over, title transfer, and loans processing · Update customer service job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and/or reading professional publications · Train and coach staff to deliver a high standard of customer service · Participate in staff recruitment and appraisals Qualifications · Graduate of Business or Management course · At least 5 years experience in a Managerial role · Extensive background in Customer Service, Collection Management and/or Documentations Processing · Exposure in Real Estate Industry is a must · Excellent People Management and Customer Service skills · Exceptional Communications skills 2. Sales Management Unit Head Job Description • Recruit, develop and manage big broker groups and/or sales organization • Provide strategic direction in terms of organization, sales strategies, marketing plans & programs • Prepare sales forecasts & targets and allocate these to the sales team • Prepare the financial plans and budget support programs of sales plans and marketing programs • Allocate the financial & logistical resources to sales team • Ensure that the mandated sales requirements are achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Ensure that costs are maintained and achieved on monthly basis • Ensure building long–term, mutually profitable relationships with selling units • Direct & orchestrate the various sales & marketing activities of the sales organization • Install responsibility centers & accountabilities with the Sales Officer and accredited selling units • Strictly enforce company rules & regulations to ensure full adherence of sales staffs • Conduct regular meetings with sales staffs & selling units regarding project updates, new sales policy, and potential problems • Regularly evaluate performances of staffs & selling units • Implement adequate measures to improve & develop subordinate performance • Ensure active participation of sales staffs & selling units in all sales activities Qualifications • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Marketing or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent • Real Estate Licensed Broker preferred • Manager for at least 3 to 5 years in Marketing or Sales Management • Strong Sales & Marketing orientation within the Real Estate industry • Full-Time positions available
