Just improvised with some left over pasta to make this really tasty pasta salad...... Left over pasta 1/4 cucumber diced Red pepper diced 2 spring onions diced 2 tablespoons mayo 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream 2 teaspoons green pesto Juice 1/2 lemon Aromat savoury seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Dice up all the ingredients and stir in cooled pasta.......mix together the mayo, sour cream, pesto and lemon juice in a seperate bowl. ......then mix into pasta coating evenly.......add Aromat, salt and pepper to personal taste. ....its just delicious and perfect after all the heavy rich christmas food! X
