Just landed back at SFO from Punta Cana. While we were in the air the older man next to me started getting faint, felt like he was gonna pass out, was feeling overly hot. He told the flight attendant what was going on and asked for ice. I told him to pull out his seat pocket puke bag and start breathing into it. Thank god I learned that one in my Z Health classes cause the ice was not doing the trick. About 20 breaths later, he had a smile on his face again and stopped massively chest breathing. Not sure why the flight attendants didnt recommend that. Youd think that would be their go to for someone feeling faint! Note to yourself: if you are feeling faint grab a paper bag and breath into it. Ill tell you more about why later cause not its bed time!
