Just leaving the gym....nice 2 go and relieve some stress w/ some resistance 2 some heavy metal in the weight room..than go sweat it off w/ a good stretch and some steam in the steam room 2 let it all go and slow it all down...now a deep breath...feels good 2 breath and my mind is clearer now....2day was tuff... actually kinda suckd... oh well..countin on 2morrow being be better.... peace...and good note 2all
