Just left my doctors office for a follow up visit. He could NOT believe his own eyes!!! I weighed in at 218.4 on his scale, he remembered seeing me 6 months ago weighing in at 284lbs & the conversation we had. He also brought up the fact that I needed blood pressure & cholesterol medicine & that is no longer the case. He was so impressed w/ what I have accomplished in such a short amount of time he asked me how I did it. I told him the truth a friend introduced me to AdvoCare on April 6th I did my 1st 24 Day Challenge & then waited 90 days to do my 2nd 24 Day Challenge, then I applied what I learned to my everyday life & here I am 66lbs lighter feeling better than I have in years living a healthy life :-) He said I have never heard of Advocate, BUT I am very interested to learn more about it so I can help others do what you did I smiled & said AdvoCare has saved my life as well as millions of others & I will be more than happy to help you learn all about it!
