Just left the jail and got the FACTS on Brian Dennison and lets start with HE IS FINE and heading home to see his family now. It was reported on the local media outlets that Brian was shot by the JSO officer last night when in fact he DODGED A BULLET (literally) and was not hit by the officers shot. Brian was driving home when his daughter had a severe asthma attack and Brian was panicked trying to help his daughter when the officer spotted him driving suspicious and followed him before pulling him over and a panicked father pulled over and got out of his car with her INHALER in his hand trying to get the officer to call for help but instead the officer decided it was appropriate to shoot at the non compliant Dennison. After it became very clear that Brian was not a threat he was arrested for a suspended license from 2013. The judge threw that case out and at 1st appearance that is rare! His daughter is very traumatized to say the least and thank god she got treatment and is ok from the asthma attack. These FACTS come from the judge...police report...AND A JSO officer close to the case....Since there will be an internal JSO investigation on Officer Garcia and likely civil litigation from the DENNISON Family, Brian can not elaborate on any MORE FACTS.....
