Just left the store in Fortuna.....A line was out the door, every table was full, the delivery guys were leaving non stop and Daniel had 25 orders at the makeline being processed. A staff of 22 was on duty. 10 or 11 people were waiting to carry out their pizza. People had to park 3 blocks away because our parking has been full since 11:00 this morning when we opened. As I was leaving, we saw 5 or 6 cars with their turn signals on trying to get into our lot. I actually had to go to Rite Aide and buy every two liter bottle of Pepsi product they had on their shelves. Were all blown away by the overwhelming response to our pizza. The average wait was up to 40-50 minutes for a pizza, and people were pretty cool with it. Was the same way yesterday. Patty and I took tonight off and have Tucker over for movie night. Hopefully, it will peak tonight and level out at a less crazy rate in the days to come. People are coming from as far away as 30 miles to try us. Its wonderful that people want our pizza, but kinda scary if it stayed this way! Poor Daniel has been working 14-15 hour days for several days now. He needs a rest! Ashley has been working same hours at both stores and needs a break also! However, we are extremely happy that the store is a raging success! A word of caution to all....only eat pizza on days that end in Y!!!!
