Just like John the Baptist prepared the way for the coming of the Messiah; so would tribulation precede Yeshuah Hamashiach, at His second coming. While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.-1 Thess.5:3. The replacement of the pursuit of the Kingdom of GOD with the pursuit of wealth, fame, and control over fellow believers is an indictment on the churches; that we have forsaken our first love, and rather than live like sojourners, like ambassadors, like labourers, like soldiers, like athletes, like soul winners; All of which suggest that we separate ourselves from the lust of this world, that we be sober, that we should be watchful and prayerful, that we should live exemplary lives of righteousness, and be Holy like our FATHER in Heaven is Holy, We would rather attempt to change the Bible to say we can live like the people of the world whose hope is only here and now. The prophets prophesy lies, the priests rule by their own authority, and MY people love it this way. But what will you do in the end?-Jere.5:31.
