Just like Whaling in the 19th century........... coal mining is a dying industry. Ironically, many out of work whale hunters became coal miners............. out of work coal miners need to move on to other jobs........ Many in West Virginia think this will doom our state but it will not........ it will open the door to many other industries. Best of all............ all of the damage the coal industry does to the environment will end.
