Just like a lot of people and even being a nutritionist I often get lost in the world of what to eat and how to eat it ... Im human after all and there is so much information out there regarding nutrition ... The best way to deal with it all is to load up on knowledge and choose what feels right for you ...currently I am enjoying green smoothies.. I was on a liquid diet once, you know the one .. provided by a popular named company have 2 or 3 nutritional shakes per day high snacks of protein and a proper dinner in the evening... I seem to have come full circle but I am now having homemade smoothies ... All the same shit that popular shake companies tout in their powered formulas ... only my smoothies are filled with live enzymes, phytonutrients ( plant chemicals that are believed to promote health) are full of natural vitamins and minerals and if you want you can add in proteins through seeds and nuts!! Before you purchase your next batch of shakes for your diet .... Know its possible to achieve the same results with real food... I love a green smoothies and todays one has 2 hand fulls kale 1 fig 1 banana 1 handful blueberries 1 handful grapes 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp goji berries 4 cashews 1 tbsp hemp butter 1 tbsp spirulina 1 tbsp macca Topped up with coconut water Its immense and has a much better live nutritional profile than a powdered shake .... Yummma
