Just like our meetings this space is not all about the look, in fact it is a little rough around the edges,but it has a great feel to it and we will make it our home. You dont have to be good at, or know yoga at all to come, it is not that kind of studio either, no one cares if you can do a perfect tree or you dont do it all. We dont care what fellowship you belong to or if you are not in formal recovery, it does not matter. We welcome everyone, stay for the meeting part or leave. Just come and play find out what body, mind, and spirit means to you. This is a non-profit yoga studio, a donation of some sort is expected as it is part of our seventh tradition, but if you cant give some night and need a meeting come anyway, the amount you put in is never scrutinized. All money goes to A Policy of Caring, Inc. An organization that is dedicated to bring harmony to those who need it most, through yoga, meditation, creative expression, service, reiki,and nutrition.
