Just like that, in a flash, I could have lost my life today. All because an opposing driver failed to keep their focus on the road for whatever reason. Regardless, im extremely thankful to still be alive and to have walked away with a few scratches. What happened? As I was approaching a hill on bells ferry rd, a car (mini cooper) was crossing over into my lane. When I realized the car still hadnt readjusted and was basically 100% in my lane for a head on collision, I turned into the grass hoping I could simply turn back on the road. Instead I ended up in a ditch. The driver... just drove off. Yet another challenge to overcome now. Gotta keep our heads up and be thankful for what we have during these crazy times.
