Just like to check... if it were you what would you do... 1) was at the junction in the pic this morning on my bike 2) light is red with left turn arrow into Yishun Ave 4 3) filter to the center lane which can turn left and go straight 4) was not in the center of the lane but about 1/3 into the center lane 5) There was a motor bike on that lane as well, taking the other 1/3 6) a Saab came up behind and honk wanting to turn left 7) I turn round and see who he is honking.. and it was obvious that he was at me 8) I did not move left because arrow for turn is still green and there are car turning left 9) I couldnt move to the right lane or any right because there is a motor bike and I would have trouble filtering left again after the junction. (3 lane with heavy vehicle parked on the left after the junction..) 10) Saab chase me down instead of turning left... forcing me to stop 11) argued with me that I should have let him turn because arrow say so... he has right of way 12) I ask him to call the police, which he did... (I did not want to argue because I know he is angry and will not listen) 13) after talking to the police for awhile... he hang up... took a few picture... and drove off without telling me what happen.. So am I wrong to stayed in the center lane? I am sure I wasnt... thoughts anyone on what you would have done if you are me? Any graceful act that we cyclist can do.
