Just looked at a 3BR, top floor of an owner-occupied house on the Quincy/Mattapan/JP border. Super quiet, residential, tree-lined street. Exterior needs some work but the family seems nice and is looking for someone quiet and with no loud ass chirrens lol. HUGE kitchen with some interesting attributes. All BRs are medium-large and have ceiling fans. Small bathroom and ample closet space. Only 3 miles from my job!!! Would cost me about $300 more per month than my tiny studio. Gotta crunch some numbers and see if I can swing first/last/security... Yikes! Decisions decisions...
