Just looked at another home that was a bust... its difficult looking at manufactured homes because they usually need a lot of work, and sometimes its stuff we just cant deal with - mostly because of Saffs allergies. We can replace carpet, paint walls, etc, but if a home smells so bad that it bothers me, I know she couldnt breathe even after the work we put in. So for right now, we are going to sign a 6 month lease at the place were in, even though the rent is going way up. 6 months gives us some wiggle room to find THE house instead of just ANY house, which is really important. I know we will find the right place... hopefully with the perfect view and a fence for chickens... ;)
