Just looking back over our year and saw this pic, what a fantastic transformation shot. Our musclehoney Amy who had never even stepped foot in a gym on the 1st picture, originally had asked if could do a show within a year, I said we would give it a go. A few weeks into training she realised she had a holiday booked right on the dates of the show she was aiming at. So the challenge was on to make a much earlier show, and basically had to go from your average girl in the street , to a stage ready toned figure girl in 6 months!!! Now amy is no genetic freak and worked as hard as iv seen anybody work before to achieve this look for the day. Ended up with a joint 1st place, Wich after a re judge put her unfortunately in 2nd. But still, I think we can all see. Awesome!!!!
