Just made it back home from spending some quality time with my son, it so relaxing! I could surely use another day such as today. How wonderful it was to be pampered at Four Seasons Hotel, Wit & Wisdom. I sat out-doors enjoying the wonderful view as the boat by, as I swiped my protein drink. I also had the pleasure of meeting a beautiful young woman Kiesha who has it going on I must say! What a marvelous day, good food, good atmosphere and good company! Now I have to shower and change to go out to an outdoor concert with my girlfriend! Stella is trying to get her grove back, see ya! I am truly Blessed!
