Mashed potatoes (no milk just water) and flour, mix to a dry but pliable paste, roll thin and bake on a dry hot plate or in oven. Apply loads of butter while still hot and eat. Yum! Remember we use to be able to buy these ready made from a general store in Higher Lane, Whitefield, Manchester. Oh! the memories.
