Just mash potatoes/sweet potatoes...I used rama spread, aromat original, cremora, mixed vegis ( you can alternate wit bacon, cheese, parsley, green onion, garlic, etc) Stuff in to a greased muffin tin (non stick spray) run a fork along the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake until tops are crispy and golden. U boil ur chicken pieces for 15min...when chicken is done,remove from saucepan and set aside to cool down Den start coating by dipping chicken in the beaten eggs and coat in the mixture of original southern coating mixed wit spices of ur choice nd fry!
