Just more than a month ago, my youngest son Malcolm, who turned 10 in March, presented on W.E.B. Dubois at a history expo. His remarkable ovation provoking speech earned him a gold certificate for his efforts. This past weekend, he was requested to be a special guest speaker (Late April) at the annual convention for a Mid-Atlantic nonprofit organization. Needless to say, his mom and I are extremely proud of him. :-) I am often amazed by the power of human potential; especially when the human is one of my sons. I love it when they inspire me to take my own game to the next level. They may present me as their hero, but the truth is they are mine. Way to go Malcolm!
