Just moved into our new house... Yesterday, the A/C unit was low on freon so we had it refilled. Today, the outdoor A/C unit becomes coated in ice in mid day and the furnace fan inside stops working. In less than 24 hours, weve encountered 2 major appliance issues and the rental agency declares them non-emergency so they cant fix it until Wednesday. Were in Texas with a broken A/C and a 3 month old sweating like mad...this is actually a pretty big problem. I hate military towns
