Just my 2¢ thought... Gunpla modeller world also changing from original manufacturer product to own personal touch.. This tell us, people mindset are changing and evolving through the generation.. Well, still its for the best of each one wellbeing. But as for myself, i still stick to assembling, almost 95% OOB & 5% a tiny additional custom (severe changes in a diorama is a different chapter though). This is because, I fell in love and like what was created by the manufacturers first. Thats why i bought the model in the first place to admire it. Just like, saying i like the natural way you are to a girl & i wish you would stay that way. Too many or overly customising & kit bashing seems like, those fellows who goes for plastic surgeries coz they disapprove of how he/she originally looks like. But its a famous trend / fashion nowadays.. Frankly, I still actually loves you guys & gals amazing total customizing & kit bashing, unique to each of you. It somehow, indirectly tell us who & how you are. So, still, i stick to manufacturer/anime/manga originality with a little makeup... i am still an old conservative who try to stick to boxart scale modeller at all time.. Just my 2¢ thought....
