Just my opinion... But Society is already set up for black men to fail. You are BORN with a stereotype lingering over you due to the increased amounts of melanin in your skin. Roughly 41% of prisoners are black men. When released the job market is a challenging place for them due to their record combined with the opinions already over them. They sometimes end up doing the same thing they were incarcerated for as a means of survival. School? Why dont they return to school and better themselves, you say? Financial aid and any sort of federal and/or government funding is now thrown out the window. Depending on their offense or criminal status they no longer qualify. Society is set up for black men to fail... Sounds like its time to get motivated, have a driven attitude, have goals, work towards something and put the notion of pointless retaliations, senseless killing and destruction of other black men aside. Society is set up for black men to fail... And the increase of crime against each other is only contributing to it... But thats just my opinion...
