Just now I went to this video. I was searching for something different but this one kept coming back in the list on the right side on you tube, even though I had never viewed the video before or marked it. Tapping along with it a certain recurring memory ( situation that my mom was counting out money every month and my dad going yeah well I dont HAVE more then that so it will have to do ) and started tapping along with the video. At the point where the video is about 5 minutes in my memory had first of all first changed, and then Robert had said at one point : let it fade ... and that is exactly what happened !!! The memory has faded. I know what it used to look like but when I go looking for it it just isnt there anymore. Then the part where he says to send loving thoughts etc to my parents I do that and that created a powerful happy memory. This overal created a feeling of love acceptance and forgiveness. I let them send the same to me and in my memory I started to dance and smile and be really happy !!! Just wanted to share this very awesome powerful and amazing experience with you all.
