Just now, as I was going up the stairs and about to enter my apartment, Im startled at the sound of my neighbors door opening--a petite brunette woman that looks like that French actress Marion Cotillard peaks out and quietly says, Be careful. Theres a cockroach on the floor. She points to a cockroach thats upside down but still shaking. Do you want me to kill it? I say nonchalantly, because its pretty much dead. If you think you can? She says not to challenge me, but shes clearly afraid of cockroaches. So I do what any hero would do, Im step on it, grab a large amount of toilet paper, wrap it up and flush it. Impressed by my skills she invites me inside for a night of soulful love making and jazz.
