Just now heard from a friend of mine that 20 ke aaspaas students from upper subansiri passed their college parikcha. No one has the authority to comment on this kind of performance from a whole district except the students themselves, yeh koi garv ki baat nahi hai.students from rest of the state comes to college with a predetermined mindset to make something out of nothing lekin apna toh kuch ulta hai lagta hai.reasons could be many things.students not getting proper basic education at school levels,rampant practice and dependency on cheatings during exams, lack of awareness of getting quality education, extra interest in political and organisational activities, poor upbringings and many more..padne ki iccha to apne meh agar na ho toh koi kuch bi karle,kuch hona muskil hai.few good minded officials from edu.deptt are threatened of dire consequences when they intervene to curb cheatings and other ill habits. Bhaiyo/behno its ur life..torna marorna aapke hi haath hai.saram lagta hai jub apna district ka performance itna poor hota hai..
