Just now someone asked me if Coimbatore Educational sector is too conservative, orthodox for todays Students and context? I said yes.... Not so much in the cultural, behavioural contexts, as some of it can be good and some students and many parents would prefer a balanced approach.... Some change will be good I agree... But retaining some is also good... But where I think we are not modern, western or innovative enough in the learning/teaching, curriculum, process/systems, research, evaluations in the academic process.... This is where we need to move on... Managements, Administrators and Teachers along with Parents, Students and Corporates will have to engage to study the need... If we evolve, then Coimbatore can become world class... Any thoughts?
