Just once Id like to see missionaries in Ethiopia take a stand on the actions of the country they come from which has done nothing but help destroy the country they claim to want to save. Just once Id like to hear a missionary stand up and claim a liberation theology on behalf of the people they stand out among, instead of treating the widows and orphans like so much of their own salvation capital. Just once Id like to know that some of these missionaries actually see their role in the political and economic destruction that historically they play that results in the damage they then shed their crocodile tears for.
